Each of our two 38 m² apartments offers a spacious bedroom with a double bed (one bedroom also has a bunk bed for children), a living kitchen with kitchenette, a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed, SAT-TV, and a south-facing balcony with a garden table and chairs, as well as a shower with WC.
Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with tableware and coffee cups for 4 people, as well as the corresponding cutlery and glasses. Cooking utensils are also provided.
You will also find various kitchen items in our shared cupboard, which everyone is welcome to use.

We offer you our bread roll service for your breakfast, so you can start your day with fresh rolls.
In addition, there is a small village shop in our town with various basic food items, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot.
You will also find a wide selection of regional products at the Vinschger Bauernladen, located at the entrance to the Schnalstal Valley at the foot of Juval.
Larger stores can be found in Latsch or Naturns.

The Südtirol Guest Pass allows you to use the Vinschgerbahn and all other public transport in South Tyrol for free. By showing the VinschguaCard, you will also receive discounts at cable cars, museums, and leisure facilities.
We will hand you the VinschgauCard on the day of your arrival. It is valid for the entire duration of your stay at our accommodation and is non-transferable.
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, you can take advantage of the following services:
- The Vinschgerbahn and all other regional trains in South Tyrol and up to Trento (marked with an R in the timetable)
- City buses and intercity buses (Citybuses)
- The PostAuto Switzerland between Malles and Müstair (CH)
- The cable cars: Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Colle, Meltina, and Verano, as well as the Renon tram and the funicular to Mendola
Discounts
Discounts of at least 10% at various facilities: cable cars, museums, swimming pools, etc.
Exclusive Services:
Access to 10 exclusive attractions and additional offers, which are available exclusively to holders of the Südtirol Guest Pass for a fee.

Dear Guest, we are delighted that you have chosen to spend your holiday in our house.
In case something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your trip, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, you can cancel free of charge.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the total price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.

The tourist tax of €2.50 is charged per guest and per night by the accommodation providers. Children and teenagers under 14 years old are exempt from this fee.
The tourist tax is due upon departure and is itemized separately on the invoice.
We kindly ask you to transfer a booking deposit of €150.00 per week. The bank details will be sent to you after your reservation or booking. The booking of the apartment is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The amount will be deducted from the total cost when paying for the apartment.
